Matterport Cameras & Virtual Tours
Matterport is an amazing technology that involves specialized cameras & software to shoot some of the most impressive virtual tours that create a dollhouse view of the property (view from above as if the ceiling/roof has been removed so they can get a true feel for the layout of the property), and then allows the user to have a fully immersive tour (they feel like they are inside it and can move around the property using either their mouse, keyboard or even virtual reality headset if they have one) from any device. While Matterport is expensive and warrants an investment to own and some training to learn how to do yourself, it can definitely give you a differentiator in your local market and might help you land a few listings that are looking for the newest technologies to help market their property. Another option is many photography companies are now licensed Matterport resellers and can be hired to shoot Matterport on a per listing basis. Check out our view overview of Matterport and to see learn more or see if there are any resellers in your area, go to www.Matterport.com.
