Top 5 Favorite Tech Tools of a Modern REALTOR

Though it takes flexibility to adapt to technology’s constantly evolving role in real estate, there are certain tech tools out there that are easy to love. Not only are they well-designed and intuitive to use, but they can change the way you do business for the better. With that in mind, take a look at some of my favorite tech tools for real estate agents and brokers this year.

1. First
Using data gleaned from your personal sphere of influence (through social media, contacts, and database entries), First offers comprehensive predictive technology and analysis. Not only does it highlight who among your contacts is most likely to sell in the
next six to twelve months, but it also helps you win more listings by focusing your efforts.

This CRM is readily available on your phone or desktop, simplifying the way you stay top-of- mind with your whole network. Contactually connects with your e-mail connects, syncs your conversations, and generates an adaptable spreadsheet that articulates meaningful client data. This allows agents to prioritize certain relationships, rekindle existing ones, and keep in steady, systematic communication with those they’ve served and hope to serve again.

3. RealVision
Online listings take on new dimensions with the help of RealVision, a service offering exceptional property photography, fully-dimensional floorplans, and a 3D virtual tour option that’s hard to forget. This app is built to benefit agents, but designed with potential buyers in mind, too. Interested buyers can snap a photo of any home and use the image to track down real-time info on the property. With just a few clicks, buyers can source an agent—so it’s worthwhile to be platform-ready should a new client comes calling.
