PPC, which stands for price-per-click, is a way of drawing in traffic to your site to market any home or condo or any other form of real estate you might be offering. However, it isn’t cheap. You’re essentially paying for your website’s visitors. How much will it cost you to draw in those people? How many of those will actually result in leads or sales?
Hi Michael,
While it is true that Pay-Per-Click ads do have a cost and you are essentially paying for traffic to your website, that does not change the fact it is one of the most effective and cost-effective ways to do so because the challenge these days is generating traffic and getting better search engine placement organically. You can run PPC campaigns for as low as a couple of $ a day and there is no contract or time requirements involved making it one of the most flexible options with the least barriers to entry in the marketing world. Of course, not every click or visitor to your site = a lead or a sale, but like anything else, it is a numbers game and the more visitors your site has the better chance you will have that some will convert, but the other side of it is you need to have a good site with good lead capture (or use landing or squeeze pages) to ensure that those odds increase. I hope this helps.
